Apple Card Data Export Guide

IOS steps

1. Open statement list
   Path: Wallet -> Apple Card -> Card Balance
   Scroll down to monthly statements.
2. Open month and export
   Path: Select statement month -> Export Transactions
   Choose CSV when prompted for file format.
   Expected output: .csv
3. Save or share
   Path: Share sheet -> Save to Files / AirDrop / Email
   Save locally or send to desktop.

WEB steps

1. Open card portal
   Path: card.apple.com -> sign in -> Statements
   Open statements for your Apple Card account.
2. Export by range
   Path: Statements -> Export Transactions
   Set start and end dates and choose CSV format.
   Expected output: .csv

Convert to CSV

1. No conversion needed when CSV is selected.

Known limitations

• PDF statement download is separate from transaction CSV export.
• Access requires eligible Apple Card account and supported device/account region.

If menus changed: If Export Transactions is missing, first open a specific statement month from Card Balance.
