Robinhood Data Export Guide

IOS steps

1. Open reports
   Path: Robinhood app -> Account (person icon) -> Reports and Statements
   Navigate to reports from your account menu.
2. Generate report
   Path: Reports and Statements -> Generate a New Report
   Set date range and transaction types, then generate.
3. Download CSV
   Path: Generated report -> Download
   Open completed report and download/share file.
   Expected output: .csv

ANDROID steps

1. Open reports
   Path: Robinhood app -> Account (person icon) -> Reports and Statements
   Navigate to reports from your account menu.

   Path: Reports and Statements -> Generate a New Report

   Path: Generated report -> Download

WEB steps

1. Open reports
   Path: Robinhood web -> Account -> Reports and Statements
   Open report generation from account settings.
2. Generate CSV report
   Path: Generate new report -> select date and transaction filters -> Generate
   Submit report request, then wait until status changes to ready.
3. Download file
   Path: Ready report -> Download
   Download the transaction history report.
   Expected output: .csv

Convert to CSV

1. No conversion needed. Upload the CSV directly into csvviz.

Known limitations

• Large date ranges can take longer to generate.
• During peak periods, report availability may take up to 24 hours.

If menus changed: If report options moved, search for tax/reporting history from Account settings.
