Sleep Cycle Data Export Guide

IOS steps

1. Open account options
   Path: Sleep Cycle -> Profile -> More -> Account
   Navigate to your account options from the Profile tab.
2. Export database as CSV
   Path: Account -> Export Database to CSV
   Select the export action and save/share the file.
   Expected output: .csv
3. Store export file locally
   Path: iOS Share Sheet -> Save to Files / share to desktop
   Save the CSV to Files or send it to desktop before upload.

ANDROID steps

1. Open database options
   Path: Sleep Cycle -> Profile -> More -> Database
   Open the database/export section from the Profile tab.
2. Export database as CSV
   Path: Database -> Export Database to CSV
   Run export and save/share the output file.
   Expected output: .csv
3. Store export file locally
   Path: Android share/download flow -> local storage
   Keep the CSV in a known folder before uploading to csvviz.

Convert to CSV

1. No conversion needed. Upload the CSV directly into csvviz.

Known limitations

• Export menu labels can vary by app version and account state.
• Bulk export of all audio recordings is not available in one action.

If menus changed: If Export Database to CSV moved, search Sleep Cycle support for export instructions and check Profile -> More sections.
